Patient Education Programs
The Lawrence D. Jacobs - MS Comprehensive Care Center at the Jacobs Neurological Institute would like to invite you to participate in its new MS Patient Education Programs.
Programs are free of charge and open to those interested in learning more about MS. While the topics are geared towards people living with MS, family members and friends are also encouraged to attend.
TIME
Programs will run from 4:30-6:30 pm and light snacks will be served.
LOCATION
Programs will take place at Buffalo General Hospital ( 100 High Street , Buffalo ). Room location may vary so please ask the information desk for the room number.
FREE VALET PARKING
For your convenience, free valet parking will be provided for all participants. Please use the main entrance on High St. and bring your parking ticket with you.
